These terms govern purchases and use of the Rex Couture website. They do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Orders
An order is submitted when checkout is completed. Acceptance occurs when Rex Couture confirms that the order can be fulfilled. We may cancel and refund an order affected by a pricing, stock or payment error.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Nigerian naira unless stated otherwise. Online payments are processed by Paystack. A payment status shown as pending or processing is not confirmation of successful payment.
Products and availability
We aim to represent colours, materials and sizing accurately, but screens can display colours differently. Availability and dispatch timing may change. Material differences will be communicated where they affect an order.
Custom work
Custom orders depend on an agreed brief, measurements, price and timeline. Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements and approving specifications before production begins.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout or copy Rex Couture content and designs in breach of applicable intellectual-property rights.
