This policy explains what personal information Rex Couture collects, why it is needed and how clients can exercise their privacy rights.
Information we collect
We collect the details needed to create an account and fulfil an order: name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order contents and transaction references. Card and bank details are handled by Paystack and are not stored by Rex Couture.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, process payments, deliver purchases, provide order tracking, prevent misuse and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and retention
Supabase hosts store and account records, Paystack processes online payments, and Resend delivers administrator security emails. Information is retained only while needed for orders, security, legal obligations and dispute handling.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate accounting and fraud-prevention purposes.
Security
We use restricted administrative access, hashed passwords, secure session cookies and server-side payment verification. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so suspected incidents should be reported promptly.
